Hello, I’m Michelle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH61448787) based here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

As a collaborative communicator and resource provider, I enjoy working closely with clients to identify their needs, support their personal growth, and guide them toward their desired outcomes. Whether you’re navigating a tough transition, dealing with a health challenge, experiencing caregiving burnout, or simply seeking clarity in life, I’m here to journey with you.

I believe in a holistic approach to mental wellness—one that blends practical tools like mindfulness and somatic awareness with emotional healing. I practice from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach where we examine thoughts, emotions and see what’s stuck and what needs acceptance or a values mindset. I am also an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapist, providing facilitation of one of the most effective treatments to post traumatic stress. I am a provider for the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a therapeutic listening program designed to support emotional regulation, sensory processing, and social engagement by utilizing specially filtered music. It is based on polyvagal theory and focuses on regulating the nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, to promote a sense of safety and improve social interactions.
